Hey dearies.. this was actually meant to be a reply, but the more i type, the longer it became. :/ So i decided to open a thread instead to discuss or talk about this issue and the feelings we have. After gg through the thread, this is my reply on this issue:

All the big woo haa over JE and all, all i know is that i'm secure in my own world. :/ I finished DWL alr, and even though JE has good on screen chemistry, their chemistry off screen to me isn't the same as CE. Sth is lacking between them. I think why JE fans are so hyped up and so supportive is only because Ella changed Jerry, and for that, Jerry fans are very thankful and sees Ella like a saviour for their idol.

As for Ella's fans, everyone knows that as long as someone keeps on heaping praises on Ella, OE fans wld love that person alr. It's the same scenario with Joe Cheng too. So OE fans wld definitely be supportive of Jerry. (p.s: I'm nt saying it's wrong to keep on praising Ella and all. But imo, Ella is a human. And if she makes a mistake, it's a very normal thing to happen. She won't be 100% right all the time... My way of loving Ella is i love her, so i accept her for who she is, together with all the rights and wrongs. I hope u gals know what i'm saying. Don't get the wrong idea yeah..)

In addition, DWL is showing nw, plus the pts made above, it's hard nt to have an extremely supportive fan base for the JE tandem.

But, to me, the difference between J and C is this. J is always full of praise for Ella, he practically sees her one step above him i guess in terms of handling the media and etc. It's too much of a fantasy alr. It's as though he's a fan of her himself. :x We all live in the real world, and in the real world, everyone, no matter how much of an angel they are, wld definitely have sth that is nt meant to be nice. it's only human afterall. Chun dares to speak of Ella as a person, and to me, that's a reality. It just shows me how good CE's relationship are for Chun to nt put her on a pedestal and treat her like any normal human being, a friend at least(but we all know what's the truth. :/) . To me, it takes courage, and a whole lot of comfortability to be able to speak of someone in this manner despite knowing hw protective her fanbase can be.. To me, whenever Chun teases Ella and etc, i just feel that he knows Ella well enough to know where her limit lies. What are the things that she's comfortable with and what are the things she isn't comfortable with. Sometimes, i think it's really weird when some OE fans take offence with Chun for saying sth abt Ella, or vice versa. I feel weird because it's a fact that Chun knows and understands Ella better than any of the fans, so he would know what are the things that can or can't be said. I love how he doesn't put her in a pedestal and gives me the feeling that he is in fact, just talking about an extremely close friend, with all her good and bad pts. To me, that's reality, and that shows me how close they are. I don't support CE because Chun keeps on praising Ella or vice versa. I support CE because i love how they aren't tactful with each other and just tease each other mercilessly. I support them cos to me, i see the real CE, the real Chun and Ella as themselves, as friends being together. I guess it's that chemistry that is lacking between JE? Plus that adorable glances that Chun always seem to have whenever he is with Ella. :x

I hope i didn't offend anyone with this post. But i just wanna say sth in regards to the JE and CE fiasco that we're having. It saddens me to see how some CE fans seemed to switched sides the moment Ella is paired up with another person. Actually, on a bright side, when i think about it, the appearance of JE just let me see who are the true CE fans who have always stood beside me and understood all the ups and downs that we've been having.

To these CE fans, i salute you! You're my comrades! :D *huggles*

Okay, to this matter. I was really really sad when I saw some CE converted just like that into a JE fan. I mean seriously, it`s so sad to think that they just gave up on CE just becasue they saw how J treated E more sweetly. But although you can see them like that, you wouldn`t know what will happened in the future right? You wouldn`t know what happened off-cam. I think this JE tandem will only be temporary. The sweetness, the whisperings, the touchings etc.. I am sure this will only be here temporarily.

Unlike CE, it`s been like 3 years now and yet look at their interaction. Look at how Chun still stare at Ella like he wanna eat her. Look at how articles still make news about them. Look at how some hosts at the E-cirlce still remembers them. Look at how medias still question Chun about Ella and Jerry`s new tandem and/or in vice versa. CE still hadn`t fade. Theri tandem still remained. And the number of their fans still increasing [and/or now, maybe decreasing because of those CE-JE fans].

I must admit JE had a chemistry on-cam but off-cam? That`s a different story. As what we had all promised, if we support CE, we must support both of them individually and that`s the reason why I support Ella with her new tandem. Of course, I will support Chun too if he had one. I support JE but not to the point that i fantasize them being together.

JE has only been a hit for what? Like, 4 months? And yet, JE fans are already thinking they`re together or something. And they really dared to compare them with CE huh? "CE" who has been already there since 2007. "CE" who has been rumored to be already looking for a house. Haha. You must be kidding.

I just wanna say that, even if C and E will be paired with 20+ beautiful boys and girls in the future, I will still remain being a CE fan. I started out as like this. I won`t be wasting the faith I gave to them for the past 2 years. I will continue supporting them `till the end. Things will cool down, things will change, let`s just wait.
